How to make a video meme

2. Type your captions. Each template opens with its text boxes ready. Captions wrap to the image and size themselves to it, so nothing runs off the edge. Change the font, colours, outline or letter case if you like, or drop a photo or logo on top.

Why video memes get more reach

Feeds are ranked for watch time. A still image is seen for a second; a short clip that loops gets watched, rewatched and shared, and the algorithm notices. On X in particular, videos longer than 10 seconds get a bigger push than shorter ones, which is why the generator offers quick length presets and marks 15 seconds as the sweet spot.
